1. General Information

myfelt GmbH, Brunnenstraße 29, 10119 Berlin (hereafter named as “myfelt”) guarantees for the customer residing in the EU, according to the following provisions, that the product delivered will be free of material or processing defects.

myfelt will repair or replace the product at their cost if it be ascertained, after their own discretion, through delivery of a new product or a product that has been refurbished. If the product is no longer available or no longer on offer in the product range, myfelt has the right to offer the customer a voucher, at the value of the original purchase price, exclusive of shipping costs. This may be used for purchasing any product on offer in the myfelt range.

The statutory rights of the customer according to (§§ 437 ff. BGB) will not be affected by this guarantee. In particular the rights will not be affected, when the product is defective and the requirements of the following legal statures are met and as long as there no other provisions to be met, according to § 439 after §§ 440, 323 and 326 section 5 BGB to dissolve the purchase contract, according to § 441 BGB or reduce the retail price, according to §§ 440, 280, 281, 283 and 311a BGB or damages according to § 284 BGB German Civil Code requiring reimbursement of expenses.

2. Processing (Handling)

To pursue a claim, eg. before returning the item, please contact myfelt customer support by phone at: +49 (0) 30 71 53 57 95 or E-mail at info@myfelt.de. Please describe in detail the description of the defect of the product.

myfelt reserves the right to refuse repairs or replacement of the product when the original purchase cannot be verified, including the date of purchase. The proof and the rights under this warranty are not transferable to a third party. Therefore, please retain the original proof of purchase.

Please make sure the item is properly packed if it is necessary to return it. You will be responsible for paying the postal costs and the risk of transport. myfelt assumes no responsibility for any additional materials that are returned and not part of the original delivery.

3. Exemptions

Claims for this warranty only apply when the product does not have any damage or wear caused by abnormal use. In particular, damage or defects are not covered due to staining, accidental damage, improper transport or improper use.

Furthermore, the product must not bear any evidence that repairs, cleaning or other interventions has been undertaken by a third party other than myfelt or an authorized service partner. This warranty is also invalid if any stickers, labels, including labels from the manufacturer have been altered or removed.

The warranty also excludes any changes due to normal material variance. This applies especially to lint formation, color fading due to UV sunlight and partial change in shape.

4. Additional Information

This warranty is subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its rules of private international law and the UN Sales Convention.
